Ingredients

    1 can Garbanzo Beans, drained and washed
    1 can Pinto Beans, drained and washed
    1 can Black Beans, drained and washed
    1 can Kidney Beans, drained and washed
    2 apples, diced
    2 tomatoes, diced
    1/2 cup shredded cheese

    Dressing:
    1/4 cup olive oil
    2 tbsp. frozen apple juice concentrate
    2 tbsp. apple cidar vinegar
    2 tbsp. sugar

Directions

Mix together dressing in seperate bowl with whisk.

In large bowl, mix all beans, tomato and apples together. Toss in dressing and refrigerate.
