Ingredients

    one egg
    one egg white
    shredded zucchini, 0.5 cups
    cooked broccoli
    diced onion, to taste
    1 slice red fat provolone.

Directions

Mix all ingredients except cheese slice. Place in small skillet with cheese on top. Cook until egg is cooked and cheese is melted. Serve with hot sauce, ketchup, salsa, etc :)
