Ingredients

    2 Chicken breasts
    1 green pepper
    1 red pepper
    2 lrg carrots
    2 heads of broccoli
    1 can drained baby corn
    2 shallots
    1tsp of olive oil
    4 tbsp Lighthouse Teriyaki sauce
    salt + pepper to taste
    1 tbs garlic

Directions

Cop all vegetables.
Add shallots and garlic to skillet with olive oil.
Add vegetables, cooked chicken and seasonings/sauce.
Cover and let simmer for 30 mins.
