Ingredients

    Ronzoni Smart Taste Penne Rigate - 7 servings per box, 7 serving (remove)
    Bella Sun Luci Sundried Tomato Pesto Sauce w/ Pine Nuts - 8.5 oz jar (4.5 servings per jar), 4.5 serving (remove)
    Mozzarella Cheese, part skim milk, 4 oz (remove)
    *Extra Light Olive Oil, 2 tbsp (remove)
    Mushrooms, canned, 1 cup (remove)

Directions

Cook pasta according to package directions. Drain. Return to pot. Stir in pesto sauce, mushrooms and olive oil (which is desired, probably not even needed), and cheese.

Makes 6 plentiful servings.
