FIRST SOAK AND WASH QUINOA FOR THREE DAYS UNTIL SPOUTED WITH SMALL TAILS,
WASH 2 CUPS OF PARSLEY, DICE ONIONS,DICE TOMATOES, ADD SPICES LIKE CAYANNE PEPPER,CORIANDER,TURMERIC AND SEA SALT AND MIX IN A BIG BOWL TO TASTE,SQUEEZ ,1 WHOLE FRESH LIME OVER THE SAL AD AND MIX AGAIN.
