    2- 3oz pork chops
    1 cup Instant Brown Rice
1 cup 99% Fat Free Low Sodium Chicken Broth
    1 cup water
1 thick slice of onion (about 1/4 cup)
Season as you like (not included in nutritional info)

Preheat the oven to 350*

Trim any visible fat from the pork. Either dice onion or leave in rings and put in the bottom of a casserole dish. Pour rice on top. Add water and chicken broth. Put pork chops on top. Cover with foil. Cook 25-35 minutes or until the pork is done through and the water is absorbed into the rice. Season as you like it either before or after cooking.
