    Very Good
    I sauted the onion and garlic in the olive oil until soft; then added beans, tomatoes & cayenne. I cooked at a low boil for about an hour (making sure to add bean liquid/water as needed). I served it over brown rice. It was a big hit with the family! - 2/6/09
