Ingredients

    WET INGREDIENTS:
    * Banana, fresh, 4 medium
    * Applesauce, unsweetened, .25 cup
    * Egg white, 2 large
    * Vanilla extract, 1 tbsp
    * Splenda Brown Sugar Blend, 3 tsp
    * Splenda No Calorie Sweetener, .5 cup

    DRY INGREDIENTS:
    * Baking powder, 1.25 tsp
    * Baking soda, .5 tsp
    * Ground cinnamon, 1 tbsp
    * Unsweetened cocoa powder, 1 tbsp
    * Whole wheat flour, 1.5 cup
    ----------
    *Splenda Brown Sugar Blend, 2 tsp (Keep This Additional Ingredient Seperate!)

Directions

**Makes approximately 8 1-slice servings**

1) Pre-heat your oven to 350 degrees.
2) Combine all wet ingredients in a stand mixer. (If using a hand mixer, pre-mash the bananas.)
3) In a seperate bowl, combine all dry ingredients.
4) Slowly combine the dry ingredients into the stand mixer.
5) Mix everything (except the 2 tsp Splenda Brown Sugar Blend) just until it is all fully combined.
6) Pour batter into a lightly-greased 8"x4" bread.
7) Sprinkle the remaining Splenda Brown Sugar Blend on top of the bread, using as much as you wish. (Nutrition information was calculated using 2 tsp for this step.)
8) Bake the bread for approximately 45 minutes, or until it comes out golden brown and a toothpick inserted comes out clean.
9) Enjoy!
