    2 teaspoons Lemon Pepper
    2 pats of butter

Directions

Defrost roughy in refrigerator if frozen, Place in a microwavable container, sprinkle with lemon pepper and place the butter on top. Plce in microwave for 2 min with lid loose. Remove and enjoy.
