Ingredients

    1.5 cups nonfat Greek yogurt
    .5 cup old fashioned oats
    1 cup frozen blueberries
    non-caloric sweetener (Splenda, Zsweet, etc) to taste

Directions

Mix all ingredients in a bowl. Cover and place in refrigerator overnight. In the morning, stir and serve.
