Ingredients

    Catelli Smart Spaghetti 4/5 of box
    Beef, round steak, 1 lb
    Carrots, raw, 1 cup, strips or slices
    Broccoli, fresh, 1 cup, chopped
    Mushrooms, fresh, 1 cup, pieces or slices
    Onions, raw, 1 large
    *Snap peas, 1 cup
    Red peppers (or color of choice) sliced, 1 cup
    Envelope stir fry seasoning mix

Directions

While beef is still slightly frozen, cut into long narrow strips.
Slice vegetables. Saute all in a non stick skillet (use some Pam if you need to) until beef is no longer pink and vegetables are tender crisp.

Meanwhile, cook spaghetti according to package directions.

Mix seasoning packet and add according to package directions.

Serve stir fry over noodle.
Substitute rice or egg noodles if you want to switch it up.
