Ingredients

    1 Large Eggs
    4 Egg Whites
    3 Strips of Bacon
    1/2 cup Bisquick Healthy Heart
    1/2 yellow onion
    1 Tsp Garlic Powder
    1 package (10 oz) frozen spinah, thawed and drained
    Pam cooking spray
    1/4 cup parmasean cheese
    1/2 cup fat free feta cheese
    1 cup Skim Milk
    Salt and Pepper to taste

Directions

Preheat oven to 375*
Spray pie pan with Pam
Sautee bacon in fry pan sprayed with Pam until cooked, add onions, cook until soft.
In a mixing bowl, combine eggs, milk, bisquick and all but 1/4 cup of Feta. Add salt and pepper to taste
Add spinach, onions and garlic to pie plate.
Pour egg/bisquick mix over other ingredients.
Cook for 20 minutes top with remaining cheese and cook for another 10 minutes.

Serve with field greens or fresh tomato slices.
