Ingredients

    1/2 t ground sage
    8 oz chicken breast, cut into bite size pieces
    1 medium apple, thinly sliced
    1/2 cup chopped onion
    1/6 cup chopped walnuts
    2 servings brown rice
    3 T kraft light parmesan asiago balsamic vinaigrette

Directions

cook rice according to package instructions
while rice cooks, cook chicken and onions in separate pan.
Mix all ingredients together in bowl. Cool in fridge.

2 servings.
May be eaten cold or room temperature- sounds odd, but so good! I'm sure it wouldn't be bad served warm.
