Ingredients

    8 hard boiled eggs
    4 Tbs mayonnaise
    4 tsps mustard

Directions

Boil and peel eggs. Half the eggs and remove yolks. Mash yolks with mayo and mustard. Spoon into whites.
Makes 8 servings of 1 egg each.
Can be garnished with paprika, olive slice, chopped cooked bacon, or many other choices.

    Very Good
    This recipe is simple, yet good! I chose it because it was quick and easy. Just put paprika on top, but some of the other toppings are tempting. Thanks for putting it out for us to use. - 8/9/11
