Ingredients

6 large eggs
1 cup heavy cream
1/4 tsp black pepper
1/2 tsp salt
6 slices pre-cooked bacon, chopped
3/4 cup sliced onions, sauteed in advance with butter
4 oz Monterrey Jack shredded cheese
2 oz Mozzarella shredded cheese
Directions
Mix eggs, cream, salt and pepper. Pour into greased pie plate. Top with bacon, sauteed onions, then monterrey jack cheese and finally mozzarella cheese. Bake at 350 for 35-45 minutes, until brown, fluffy and toothpick comes out clean.
