    1.5 c bell pepper ( red and green)
    1 tsp onion
    .5 c mushroom
    .5 tomato
    2 eggs
    4 egg whites
    2 oz gouda cheese

Directions

Cook all veggies in pan with PAM
Add egg mixture
Once eggs are almost done add the cheese
