Number of Servings: 2

Ingredients

    Balsamic Vinegar 1 Tbsp
Extra Virgin Olive Oil 1 Tbsp
    Lemon Juice 2 Tbsp
    Soy Sauce 1-2 Tbsp
    1 lb Asparagus

Directions

Heat grill on High.
In a ziploc bag combine first 4 ingredients, mix.
Cut tough ends of asparagus off.
Add to bag.
Shake, twist, or toss bag until mixture coats asparagus.
Once grill is heated, place asparagus on it.
Roll asparagus half way through cook time. I would suggest flipping, but I tried that and lost several stalks.
Once cooked to desired tenderness, best way to find this out is to sample, remove from heat source and serve immediately.

Makes 2 1 cup servings.
