Number of Servings: 1

Ingredients

    2 tablespoons wheat flour
    4 teaspoons Splenda
    1/4 teaspoon baking powder
    2 teaspoons cocoa powder
    pinch salt
    2 tablespoons nonfat milk
    1/4 teaspoon vanilla extract
1 teaspoon apple butter (or applesauce)
    1 Tablespoon chocolate chips

Tips

If you don't want to use Splenda, you can replace it with sugar, just don't add the chocolate chips. If you don't put in the chocolate chips, the calories go down by about 80 or so, making it under 100 calories. But I really like the addition of the chocolate chips. You can also add things like peanut butter, or other types of chips. Or maybe raspberries!

Directions

Combine dry ingredients in a small bowl. Add wet ingredients and stir until well combined. Spray a mug (not a big mug) with cooking spray, and pour the batter into the cup. Microwave at full power for one minute. If it's not done, continue to microwave at 15 second increments.

Makes one serving.

You can add other ingredients: coconut, mini candy bars, chocolate chips, etc., but these are not included in the nutrition count.
