Ingredients

    Can of Salmon
    1/2 Sweet Onion
    1Plum tomato
    2 Stalks Celery
    3/4 cup (215 g) Light Mayo
    1 Apple
    Salt/Pepper
    1/2 tsp Ginger
    1 tsp minced Garlic
    1 Lime Squeezed
    (Last 4 ingredients not in calories calculation - life is too short)

Directions

Chop Chop Chop MIx all. We mix the spices with the mayo first. Wrap in lettuce or add in the calories of a pita or wrap. Filling half a whole wheat Pita adds 100 calories.
