Ingredients

    LIME Gelatin, sugar-free, Sunny Select (1/2 of the big box)
    Kefir, lowfat (1%), plain, Trader Joe's, 1 cup
    Graham Crackers, crushed, 2 full crackers (each rectangular cracker divides into 4 little rectangular crackers)

Directions

Add gelatin to 1 cup hot water and mix thoroughly. Let cool for 15 minutes. Add 1 cup plain kefir and mix thoroughly. Divide evenly into 4 small glass bowls and sprinkle the tops of each with even amounts of the crushed graham crackers (or try putting that into the bowls before pouring the gelatin mix in).

If you want to make the full box of gelatin, double the other ingredients and then you will have 8 servings.
