Ingredients



    * Mushrooms, fresh, 3 cup, pieces or slices
    * Garlic, 2 clove
    * Mixed Vegetables, frozen, 1 package (10 oz)
    * Bulgur, dry, 1.5 cup
    * Curry powder, 1 tsp
    * Salt, .5 tsp
    * Water, tap, 2 cup (8 fl oz)
    * Raisins, .25 cup (not packed)
    * Onions, raw, 2 cup, chopped

Directions

Spray pan with cooking spray. Saute over medium-high heat mushrooms, onions & garlic until tender (about 8 min).

Stir in remaining ingredients except water. Cook 2 min, stirring occasionally. Add water and heat to boiling. Remove from heat. Cover and let stand 15-20 minutes.
