Loved this! I used the oven - (bake at 425 till done) turned out great - can also do the same with thin strips of potatoes which I did at the same time - garlic and all. It is best to use asparagus the smaller the better. - 1/5/09

Loved this!! I used my George Foreman grill since i was cooking for just me. It turned out great!! I used a fraction of the asparagus bc its way too much for one person! UPDATE: I used the charcoal grill the 2nd time i cooked it and OMG it was AMAZING!! - 9/24/08

Sounds delicious, but I will have to try it with less/no salt. That much sodium for one side dish would blow my day. - 3/21/09

this is a recipe I've been using since my son was a baby, as I used to blend it for him & he'd eat it instead of jarred baby food. Till this day, it's his favorite after 15 years, although he no longer eats it blened :) - 3/22/09

I love grilled asparagus! I left off the salt, the sodium was too high for me, but it is very delicious and the lemon replaced the need for salt. - 6/27/16
