Ingredients

    Jiffy' corn muffin mix - 1 box
    Egg, fresh, 1 large
    Yellow Cornmeal, 1 cup
    Granulated Sugar, 1/4 cup
    Del Monte Sweet Corn Cream Style, 1 can
    Butter, salted, 1/2 stick


Directions

Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Prepare muffin pan with spray, or use cupcake cups. Combine all ingredients and stir. Taste for desired results. Bake for 10 -12 minutes. Remove from oven, and serve.
