Ingredients

    1/2 C Raisins
    1 C Chopped Apple
    1 1/2 C Whole Grain Flour
    1/2 tsp Baking Soda
    2 tsp. Baking Powder
    1/2 C Sugar (Granulated)
    2 tsp. Cinnamon(Ground)
    1/2 tsp. Nutmeg (Ground)
    1/4 tsp. Allspice
    1/2 tsp Salt
    3/4 C Wheat Bran
    1/4 C Oat Bran
    1 C Pumplin (Pureed)
    2/3 C Fat Free Milk
    1/3 C Applesauce (unsweetened)
    1 tsp. Vanilla

Directions

Preheat oven: 400*

1. Soak raisins in warm water.

2. Sift together flour, baking powder and soda, sugar, spices, salt and bran in a bowl. In a separate bowl, blend together pumpkin, milk, applesauce and vanilla. Add dry ingrediants and mix until just moist. Add raisins and chopped apples.

3. Divide batter into muffin tins and bake for 20-22 minutes, until a toothpick comes out clean.
