Ingredients

    3 cucumbers peeled, cored and diced very small
    8 oz fat-free sour cream
    8 oz fat-free cream cheese
    1 tsp onion powder
    1 tsp garlic powder (or salt)
    Worchestershire sauce

Directions

mix all ingredients - add worchestershire sauce, garlic and onion to taste! Serve with Ruffles or other ridged chips!
