Ingredients

    Garlic, 2 cloves crushed
    Onions, raw, sliced
    Sun Dried Tomatoes, 6 piece chopped
    Sour Cream, reduced fat, .5 cup
    Bacon, 4 medium slices, sliced
    pasta, vegeroni shapes, 250 gram

Directions

cook pasta and put aside.
In a pan Cook onions garlic for a minute add chopped bacon and stir until cooked. Add sundried tomoatoes and heat through.
Remove from heat add sour cream and mix through.
Season with pepper
