Ingredients

    Egg white, 5 serving (remove)
    *Egg (Incredible Egg.org - 1 large egg), 3 serving (remove)
    *Birds Eye Frozen Spinach, 0.5 cup (remove)
    Onions, raw, 0.25 cup, chopped (remove)
    Olive Oil, 1 tbsp (remove)
    Red Ripe Tomatoes, 0.25 cup cherry tomatoes (remove)
    *Butterball Italian Sweet Turkey Sausage, 2 serving (remove)
    Peppers, sweet, red, raw, sliced, 0.25 cup (remove)

Directions

Add olive oil, onions, and red bell pepper to saute pan and cook for 5 minutes. Add sausage and cook. Add spinach and cook until done. Combine 5 egg whites and 3 eggs and pepper to taste in a small bowl. Pour spinach/sausage mix into a greased pie dish and then pour the egg mixture over top. You can top with cheese but that is not included in the calories.

Bake at 350 degrees for 30 to 50 minutes or until a knife inserted in the middle comes out clean.
