Ingredients

Juice of 1/2 lime or 1 small lime
1/s tsp cornstarch
1/2 tsp garlic powder
1/2 tsp onion powder
1/2 tsp chili powder
1/4 tsp salt
1/4 tsp cumin
3 1/2 ounces chicken breast, cut into thin strips
1/2 green pepper cup into thin strips
1/4 small onion cut in thin strips
1/2 small zucchini sliced into thin strips
Directions
preheat the oven to 375 degrees
Combine the lime juice and cornstarch and stir until cornstarch dissolves. Add in all the spices and stir until it forms a thick paste.
Add the chicken and all the vegetables
Prepare a large piece of foil by spraying it with cooking spray. Spread the fajita mixture on the foil, top with a second piece of foil and fold over the edges until sealed.
Place packet on cookie sheet and bake for 20 minutes.
Remove from oven and turn packet over to mix everything up well. Turn packet back over, cut a slit in the top, and allow steam to escape.
