Ingredients

    Ground beef, extra lean 300g
    Crushed tomatoes in juice 1000 grams
    Onion, 1 large
    Garlic 2 cloves
    Kidney beans, 2 cans (468 grams)
    salt, pepper, add to taste
    1-2 tbsp chili pdr
    1/2 tsp cayenne pepper pdr
    1 tbsp paprika pdr

Directions

Brown ground beef, drain off fat. Add chopped onions and pressed garlic and saute in the meat til they start getting soft. Add the tomatoes, beans (after washing and draining them) and spices. Turn heat down to low and let it simmer for at least an hour. Serve with cornbread
