I changed my rating from 4 stars to 5 stars because I liked it so much that I made a whole new batch 2 days after the first one. Very easy to make, perfect healthy dish for a packed lunch. I predict that I will make this again and again. - 9/1/10

This was amazing. Made for dinner tonight b/c we were looking to get rid of some canned beans.

My changes were: Little more dressing and cumin, added spinach and leftover homemade red pepper hummus.

Turned out to be amaing!! thank you sooo much for sharing!
