Ingredients

    2 Tbsp Olive Oil (heat in a wok)
    1/4 cup scallions (new green onions)
    1 cup pork tenderloin precooked
    3 cups pre-cooked brown rice
    3 large egg
    3 Tbsp Soy Sauce
    1 tsp garlic
    1 pinch white pepper
    little touch of hot sauce for extra kick

Directions

Heat oil in wok
Throw in Scallions until a little soft or if you prefer crunchy don't cook as long
Add Pork Tenderloin and Brown Rice
Cook until heated through - Add scrambled fresh egg toss
Add in Soy Sauce to taste and hot sauce to tast

Should make 5 cups or little less of fried rice.
