    1 box Barilla Lasagne
    2 eggs
    15 oz ricotta cheese
    16 oz shredded mozzarella cheese
    . cup Parmesan cheese
    16 oz lean ground beef
    4 cups Ed's Italian tomato sauce


12 Servings,

Preheat oven to 375. Spray baking pan 9 by 13 with spray oil.
Beat 2 eggs in medium bowl, stir in all the ricotta and parmesan cheese plus 2 cups mozzeralla

To assemble
1. spread 1 cup of sauce in pan
2. Layer 4 uincooked sheets,1/3 of ricotta ,halfof browned meat, 1cup of mozzeralla, and 1 cup of sauce
3. Layer 4 uncooked sheets, 1/3 of ricotta, 1 1/2 cups of sauce
4 Layer 4 uncooked sheets, remaining ricotta and browned meat, 1 cup sauce
5 Layer 4 uncooked sheets, remaining sauce and remaing 1 cup of mozzeralla

To Cook and Serve
Bake covered with foil until bubbly, 50 to 60 minutes. Uncover and continue cooking until cheese is melted about 5 minutes. Let stand 15 minutes before cutting.
