Ingredients

    * Oats, 4 cup
    * Almonds, .5 cup, sliced
    * Brown Sugar, .25 cup, packed
    * Applesauce, unsweetened, .25 cup
    * Honey, .3 cup
    * Cinnamon, ground, 1 tsp
    * Vanilla Extract, 1 tbsp
    * Raisins, 1 cup, packed

Directions

Makes 15 servings

Preheat oven to 350. In a large bowl, combine oats and almonds; set aside. In a saucepan, combine brown sugar, applesauce, honey and cinnamon; bring to a boil. Remove from the heat and stir in vanilla. Pour over oat mixture; stir to coat. Spread in a large shallow baking pan. Bake at 350 degrees F for 15 to 20 minutes, stirring occasionally. Cool. Add raisins. Store in an airtight container.
