Introduction

Ingredients

1 pack of fillo pastry
16 OZ wallnut
250 Grams of butter
500 Grams Suger
2 Tbsp of suger
Directions
1 - For the syrup
Prepare the Syrup by mixing 450 GM of suger with 350 ML of water
Bring it to Boil , then add the squeeze of 2 lemon, leave it to boil for anoth 5 min , then to cool down
2 - For the fillig
Grind the Wallnut , add the rest of the suger and the cinnamon
3 - For the Fillo
Melt the butter in a pan
Coat a cooking sheet with butter , then start spreading the fillo one by one on the sheet . Be suer to brush each one with Butter
When you reach the middle , spread the mixture of the nuts and cinnamon and suger
Add the rest of the fillo sheets same way as before
Be sure to brush the top sheet with enough butter
Cut it in diomonds and put in a 350 F oven for 40 - 45 min
When done add the suryp to the fillo while it's hot
