Introduction

Ingredients

    2 cups flour (whole wheat or gluten free mix)
    1 Tbsp Xylitol
    4 tsp baking powder
    1/2 tsp salt
    1/2 cup butter (or 1/4 cup ea of butter and lite cream cheese)
    2/3 cup milk (cow, goat, rice or soy) organic
    1 lg egg

Directions

preheat oven to 475. Whisk dry ingredients. Add butter and mix in. Measure milk in cup and whisk in egg. Add to dry ingredients. Combine. Kneed on floured surface, then roll out to about 1/2 in. and use biscuit cuter to cut. Then place on baking sheet. Bake 10-12 minutes.
