Ingredients

    12.3 oz extra firm drained tofu
    3.5 oz Bio-K Plus Dairy-Free soy culture fermented probiotic
    1 Tbsp Flax Oil Omega - 3
    1 cup of berries
    1 tbsp lemon juice
    1/4 tsp vanilla extract
    OPTIONS: you can also do 1/2 cup of blueberries and 1/2 cup of strawberries. If you want you can add sugar (Sweet N Low, Splender, Equal), I ussually put one Sweet N Low.

Directions

Place all ingredients in a blender and blend until smooth. Refrigerate at least an hour before serving.
