Ingredients

    Whole Wheat Pasta, 2 serving
    Cooking Spray, Olive Oil,1 serving (remove)
    Onions, raw, 1/2 medium chopped
    Garlic, 5 clove finely chopped
    Red Ripe Tomatoes, 6 medium , chopped
    White Wine, 1.6 fl oz (3 Tbsp.)
    1 can clams, whole baby, Geisha (drained but reserve 1/4 c. liquid)
    Kale, 1 cup, chopped
    Parsley, fresh 2 Tbsp.
    Capers, canned, 1 tbsp w/ liquid

Directions

- Cook pasta according to directions
- Soften onions and garlic in a pan coated with cooking spray
- Add white wine and sizzle onions, etc. in wine for a minute
- Add chopped tomatoes and simmer on medium-high until tomatoes are soft
- Add drained clams, kale and parsley
- Simmer on medium for 5 minutes and remove from heat
- Add capers and mix well
- Toss with pasta and serve topped with 1/2 oz. grated parmesan per bowl.
