Ingredients

1- 1/2 chicken breast, no skin
2 tablespoons of ginger powder
2 large spears of broccoli cut into pieces
1 cup of chicken broth or bouillion
2 tablespoons of oyster sauce
2 tablespoons of corn starch
2 tablespoons of water
1- 1/2 can of water chestnuts
1- 1/2 cup of bean sprouts
Directions
Putting it all together.......
1. cut the chicken into cubes.
2. put in a bowl and pour ginger powder onto chicken and mix. Put aside.
3. Put spray oil (PAM) into bottom of large fry pan.
4. Put broccoli, water chestnuts into pan and saute until partially cooked.
5. Add chicken broth to the pan and continue cooking.
6. Add in the chicken cubes and continue cooking.
7. Mix together water, oyster sauce and corn starch. Add to pan and mix ingredients together. Continue to cook until chicken is almost cooked.
8. Add bean sprouts and cook until tender.
Serve over rice.
