    1 CUP BBQ SAUCE (YOUR CHOICE)

Directions

ROAST PORK FOR 2 HOURS ON 350. SHRED PORK, CABBAGE, AND CARROT. IN LG BOWL MIX OLIVE OIL, CELERY SEED, SALT, PEPPER, AND VINEGAR. WHISK. ADD CABBAGE AND CARROT. STIR. WRAP AND REFRIDGERATE WHILE PORK ROASTS.
WHEN PORK IS FINISHED COOKING SHRED IT. IT SHOULD BE TENDER AND SHRED EASILY WITH 2 FORKS. POUR BBQ OVER PORK. ASSEMBLE SANDWICHES AND SERVE.
