Ingredients

    2 cups cabbage chopped and cooked
    1/2 cup Quinoa, cooked
    1 cup mushrooms, quartered
    5 medium carrots diced
    1/2 yellow pepper diced
    1/2 green pepper diced
    6 oz pork chop chopped and cooked
    1/4 raw onion diced
    8 cups water

Directions

Place all of the ingredients in a big pot, season to taste, and simmer for 2 hours.

Serves 6
