Number of Servings: 4

Ingredients

    Kabobs:
    *8 medium strawberries, halved.
    *12 pineapple chunks
    *1 tsp ground cinnamon
    *1 tsp apple pie spice

    Raspberry Reduction:
    *1 cup frozen raspberries (thawed)
    *1/2 tbsp agave nectar

Directions

*Preheat grill.

*Soak bamboo skewers if using them.

*Skewer pineapple and strawberries, alternating, till you have 4 chunks of strawberry and 3 chunks of pineapple.

*Sprinkle with cinnamon and apple pie spice. Place on grill at low heat, and grill 15 minutes, carefully rotating.

*While kabobs are grilling, in small saucepan, combine raspberries and agave nectar. Smoosh together, bring to a boil, then reduce to simmer, stirring to avoid burning.

*Remove kabobs from grill. Spoon raspberries over kabobs (about 1/8cup per kabob). Serve immediately.

*Serves 4.

*Optional: top with whipped cream, however we found that it took away from the overall flavor. (Calorie count does not include whipped cream.)
