Ingredients

    1/3c Panko Plan Bread Crumbs
    1/4c 2%milk
    1 tbsp egg ehite
    extra virgin olive oil
    Boneless Thin Cut Pork Loin Chops (1/2lb)

Directions

In a bowl add milk. Put 4 chops in to soak.
In a seperate bowl beat egg white with 3 shakes of Mrs. Dash. Take each chop a dip in egg white.
Ttake to plated panko crumbs and coat chops.

In a pan, heat oil. Cook chops 3m each side-Remember chops are thin and lean so they will cook fast.

Enjoy with salad with avocado and brown rice.

    I really liked this recipe. My hubby thought it could use a little more kick so I may try to alter it more next time I make it. Use some different seasonings maybe. - 1/1/11
