Introduction

This is from Dr. Cabot's "Liver Cleanse Diet"
I serve this as a dip for veggies, over sautéed veggies and rice, and as a salad dressing.

I serve this as a dip for veggies, over sautéed veggies and rice, and as a salad dressing.

Number of Servings: 16

Ingredients

    10 Tbsp Tahini (sesame butter)
    8 Tbsp lemon juice (or the juice of two lemons)
    4 cloves of garlic ( or more if you like)
    2 Tbsp Sweet Chili Sauce (can be found in the asian section of any grocery store)
    3/4-1 cup of purified water
    2 Tbsp plain soymilk yogurt (or dairy yogurt if you prefer)
    pinch of sea salt
    pinch of chili powder (or more if you like)

Directions

Combine the tahini, lemon juice, garlic, salt, chili powder, chili sauce and mix thoroughly.

As it thickens add the water and mix until the sauce runs freely off the spoon.

Add the yogurt and beat.

Mixture should be smooth and easy to pour.

1 serving = 2 Tbsp
