    Flounder (100 grams raw)
    Sea Salt - to taste
    Garlic and Pepper Grinder - to taste


In a skillet on the stove, add flounder and squeeze lemon to get the juice on both sides of the fish.
Add the seasoning to taste on both sides and cook on medium high heat for a couple minutes on each side.
