Introduction

I have made this for years with several variations of meats, vegetables and sauces. Everyone loves it. I have tried to make it as low calorie as possible and still make everyone happy. It's also easy to divide and make less. I usually make this for special occasions and feed from 12-20..... I have made this for years with several variations of meats, vegetables and sauces.
