Number of Servings: 12


    yellow/zuc squash, .5 cup (remove)
    Cabbage, fresh, 1 cup, shredded (remove)
    Rice Noodles, 1 cup (remove)
    Chicken Thigh, 2 thigh, bone and skin removed (remove)
    Leeks, 1 leek (remove)
    *Sauces - Kikoman light soy, 2 tbsp (remove)
    Lime Juice, 1 wedge yields (remove)
    Honey, .5 tbsp (remove)
    Spring Roll Wrappers x 12
    5 spice seasoning 1 tsp


Cook the noodles in a pot until done.
In a pan brown the chicken.
Add the shredded and chopped veggies to the chicken and cook briefly(3-5 min) until cooked but still crunchy, take off heat and mix in a large bowl with the noodles.
Mix the lime, honey, five spice powder and soy and pour over the chicken, noodle, veggie mixture. Cool in refrigerator for 10 minutes.
In a shallow pan soften the rice paper wrapper for the spring roll.
roll about 2 tbs of mix into each wrapper.
