Ingredients

    1 pound salmon filet
    2 T lemon juice
    2 cloves garlic minced
2 T dehydrated onions (Does well with minced onions too)
    Salt and pepper to taste
several sprigs of fresh dill or 1T dried

    Much better with fresh dill

Directions

Heat grill to medium heat. I use a charcoal grill as I find the taste superior to my gas grill.

Lay salmon on foil and season with salt, pepper, garlic onions and lemon juice. Top salmon with the fresh dill. Bring foil around salmon to create a packet but don't seal all the way because you want the smoke to get in there.

grill for about 10 minutes or done until your liking. If it very easy to overcook this so be careful.

    O.K.
The spices overpowered the fish. I like the idea and will try it again with less spices. Also, if you use fresh onions as I did, chop them up very fine or they will not be cooked. - 7/21/13
