Ingredients

    Ingredients:


    = Venison, 4 sirloin steaks (2lbs)
    = Carrots, raw, 4 small (5-1/2" long)
    = Onions, raw, 1 small
    = Red Ripe Tomatoes, 1 cup, chopped or sliced
    = McCormick Bag 'n Season Pot Roast, 1 serving
    = 1/2 cup water

Directions

Feeds a family of 6!
About 5oz VERY LEAN meat per person plus 1/2 to 3/4 cup veggies and juice

1. Preheat the oven to 350.
2. Get out a casserole dish or lasagne pan
3. Open the McCormick bag up into the pan
4. Put the steaks in the bottom of the bag
5. Put all the veggies on top of the steaks
6. Shake McCormick Pot Roast seasoning over the veggies and venison sirloin steaks
7. End with the 1/2 cup water drenching over the top of the dish
8. Close the Season Bag with the little tie that comes with the Bag 'n Season
9. Cook for 1 hour
