Ingredients

    5 large potatoe
    1 can of cream of mushroom condensed soup 98% fat free soup
    1 can of fat free evaporated milk
    3 tbs of butter

Directions

peel and slice potatoes
add can of mushroom soup, evaporated milk and butter
put in the oven at 350 degrees for at least 60 min to 90 mins. or until golden on top and potatoes are cooked

    Can't believe how delicious this recipe is. It was a hit at my dinner party. I did top with a little Gruyere cheese and it was wonderful! - 8/24/08

    Very Good
    Decent plain recipe, I added onions and that made it better. I think I will try adding parsley and more pepper next time - 3/2/08
