Introduction

Number of Servings: 10

Ingredients

    1 stick unsalted butter
    2 tablespoons lemon juice
    2 tablespoons dry white wine
    1 clover garlic (6 grams)
    1 teaspoon dried parsley
    1 teaspoon dried chives
    1/4 teaspoon red pepper flakes

Directions

Makes approx 5 ounces of garlic butter with .5 ounce per serving.

Melt butter on low heat. Once butter starts to melt add garlic and sautee. Do not burn garlic.

Add remaining ingredients. Bring to boil, then simmer 2 minutes.

Use as dipping sauce for grilled shrimp.

Grilled Shrimp
1. Spray deveined shrimp with Canola Oil
2. Season with salt and pepper.
3. Grill 1-2 minutes per side, until opaque.

Serve with warm Garlic Butter dipping sauce.
